How do I return an item?

Products Purchased as Holiday Gifts: Return Policy

Products may be returned via courier (at the purchaser's expense) till January 12th, 2017, or dropped off at our warehouse location in Mississauga, Ontario (See Contact Us for details). Products must be in their original packaging and unused.

Giant Warehouse Sale will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Your money will be refunded in the same way you paid. If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at customerservice@giantwarehousesale.com so that we can facilitate this for you. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. For any further information, contact us at customerservice@giantwarehousesale.com

Regular Purchased Items: Return Policy
You may return purchased items (excluding fragrances) for a full refund within 10 days of receiving your delivery provided that the item is unused and in its original packaging.
